just put new clutch in , was driving fine for a while there but now its winnying noise coming from it and kinda fells like its half in gear when in neutral
b4 the new clutch went in few times it wouldnt go into gear at all , i thought it was a bad pressure plate not stoppin the plate from spinning

gearbox on the way out??

my box was silent before i put an uprated ap organic clutch in, then it whirred like a bitch on idle and in drive. I think the extra pressure of an uprated clutch on the drivetrain eats the coating on the bearings causing the noise...

i put in a luk clutch about a year ago as the it was slipping
but i think the monkey that did it forgot to put the seal on were gearstick is , the box ran without oil and i had to replace 3rd n 4th gears as the box got to hot and them gears shat themselfs
are the bearing pricey?
i saw a clutch rebiuld kit somwhere b4 didnt look to dear

Have you adjusted the pushrod on the pedal as the setting of this often changes with uprated clutches.

Easy job if you're small enough to work in the drivers footwell
