Adjusting SARD R2D2 BOV

Honestly, I've searched through on SARD and on R2D2 but none of the results answer the simple question...

How do you adjust this device. I want to soften the spring a little, but cannot work out how. Obviously there is a nut on top which comes off but then what :confused:

You only need to loosen the nut on top, then use an allen key and turn the spigot (I love that word) in the middle of the nut anti clockwise to soften, and clockwise to tighten. Then do the 10mm nut back up.

Easy peasy.

MODS - would this be an idea to put in the useful threads? A few of us seem to have these now and if any other peeps get them, it would make sense to direct them there. Just a thought.
