Heater Fan only works on setting 4

Ok guys, i've done a search for this, and come up with this:

Looks like it's a relay located "in the back left hand corner of the passenger foot-well", I've had a look, and cant see any relays in the passanger footwell. Where is it, and whats this about soldering it to fix it?

Lie on your back with the seat as far back as it can be and the seat it lying down on the back seat. You will see towards the back a a wires that go into a plug held in by two screws. Undo the screws and out will drop a credit card sized circuit board.

Resolder the connection and in Haynes stylee, reverse the above. HTH! :D
