Rear Discs s14

Hi Guys, I'm trying to fit new rr disc & pad set. Please can anyone tell me if the rear discs on S14 should just pull off when the caliper is removed. There are two threaded holes in the front face of the disc, but no screws. The disc wont budge, despite repeated twats with a hammer.
Any advice please? :confused:

The holes are designed for you to put bolts on and tighten them up to pop the disc off the face of the hub, go and find a bolt with the right thread...

Or repeatedly belt with a hammer :wack:
