Help please, stuck with bung!

I put the Apex bung in my zorzt, because since the decats the car smoked on idle.
I checked on here and found if you put the bung in its stops it, due to back pressure.
Now i need it out because i am just going to up the idle revs a little.
Please help its so stuck!!!

Remove it when the exhaust is hot (use pliers or something, not your hands obviously...!)

Got the bung now thank f**k!!

Turned the revs up a little and now we'll see next time its warm.

had same problem with mine (leaky seals after de-catting) turned my revs up a little and its made a big difference.
