Ceramic coated performance headers for £230 plus P&P from America. Five buyers needed to get them at this price. They are good for 600bhp

The Americans go nuts for ceramic coated manifolds etc, Ive had a couple of guys from over there enquire about buying Escort RS Turbo manifolds from me who said they were going to get them coated.

What the benefit? Do they flow better?

If its only an extrenal coating then the difference is mainly cosmetic, but if its an internal coating then it can help reduce lag but it is minimal.

Works like exhaust wrap, the coating is quite thick which keeps the exhaust gas hotter which means that gas is faster which as Paul says, reduces lag.
