FAO Bren - Gauge Panel??

Bren, I think you mentioned at one time you were getting hold of some DIN panels with triple gauge mounts. Like what Bean_S14 has? Any news or have you come across anything else which does the job? Looking for one to mount me Greddy gauges in http://300zx.co.uk/200sx/ubb/smile.gif

I got mine from www.swgmotorsport.co.uk (http://www.swgmotorsport.co.uk)

It's a DIN sized three hole (52mm) panel made of some sort of resin. I think it cost £18 of thereabouts?

I was hoping to get some of the triple gauge panels like Beans got but SWG wouldnt make it worth my while http://300zx.co.uk/200sx/ubb/frown.gif

Ive got some plat carbon fibre panels with three 52mm gauge holes but youd have to cut them down to get them to fit.

Bren, I quite fancy a carbon panel for some reason. Are the holes on the panels close enough so that they'll fit into a stereo slot, if you see what I mean??

I'm thinking of making some sort of "lip" around the inside of the stereo hole so I can attach a carbon panel to it... Good plan do you reckon or not??? I can't remember who it was but I saw someone made something like it and it looked fuggin' ace..... http://300zx.co.uk/200sx/ubb/biggrin.gif

The distance between the outside edges of the outside holes is 177mm. Is that close enough?

Can you do a double din size carbo panel and if so how much ? I don't listen to the stereo anyway :)

I can get the carbon panels made to any specification. Youd be looking at around £25 for one double din sized cut to your spec (including gauge cut outs etc).

I bought a carbon one of Bren the other day and they look sweeeeet- especially with carbon fibre gauges as well. :)
