GT2560r 5PSI only

Hello all!

I’ve recently dropped a gt2560r garrett turbo, new, on my S13 CA18DET and I’m only making 5PSI boost. The boost reference comes from the compressor housing and I’m measuring the pressure on the manifold.
The car is almost stock except for 255L/h fuel pump, KN air filter and exhaust.
I can increase the pressure to 10psi with my Greddy profec but I feel this is strange
With the stock turbo I was making 11PSI!
Do you guys think this might be a issue with the piping or boost reference?

I know it's almost a year late, but for anyone having the same issue, the actuator pressure was set way too low.

Set your boost on the actuator to 70-80% of target, then have a boost controller do the rest.
