very very good quotes through them, especially for the female clients

they are a specialist female insurer but will do quotes for men, done a few meself and still pretty good
also on the plus side for monthly payments they skip december so you have a little more cash in a typically tight month and i think they also skip the last payment making it 10 monthly installments you pay

Had a good price from Elephant for a non-modded car, but they are pretty anti once you start modding. Just had a fright too... casuallly mentioned that I was thinking about changing the bonnet badge for a jp S15 version (actually already done it), and they said that if I did that, I was declaring the car as an import model, and they wouldn't insure it at all...! Keeping that one quiet for the last 2 months of my policy, then looking elsewhere then. I hear that Adrian Flux are good?

norwich union direct will insure most cars and most imports under 10 years old, usually have to be over 25 though to get a quote

Just been online for quotes for my 200sx 1999. Tried Adrian Flux and Liverpool victoria. 36yo no acc/claims, 4yrs ncd and the usual mods- exhaust, cone filter, decat, and chipped. Adrian Flux £753 protected ncd fully comp. Liverpool Victoria, £679. The latter said they are not interested on mod details as long as I dont change the engine size or mod extreme like nitrous! They also dont ask and are 'not interested in penalty points' ! Cool, maybe its cos Im an old geezer! Still not bad I thought.
