This is the best drift day in the England at the moment in my opinion:

ONLY 40 cars!!!
it's a proper full circuit
Open pit lane
Good tyre van
Flat grippy surface
Only 10 cars at a time on track so easy to find your own space

So relaxed and professionally run day.


Best way I can describe it is Mallory park FCD again just on a smaller scale.

We drift the in field track, 100 iirc whilst some nutty 'power rangers' boom around the 300 track on their pocket rockets works really well and a nice divide.

Few things I will note, this is NOT FOR BEGINNERS!! I can not stress this enough!! There is not a lot of run off before you hit a Armco or if lucky, a tyre wall!! Especially if wet as NO kitty litter so you hit that wet grass, speed up and WILL NOT STOP TILL YOU HIT SOMETHING RATHER UNFORGIVING!!

Nice one Clive, along with Anglesey the best drifting available in the UK. Unfortunately my car is in many pieces and I cant quite bring myself to use the zed yet....... one day ;-)

its not as good as mallory,i would go back there in a heart beat even though my car has been smashed to bits as a result of that place.

Compared to anything else thats currently avaliable, Nothing is even close to Mallory park as Snetterton is in england at the moment for quality and amount of seat time

And Mallory, especially for drifting is dead and gone

I'm not this weekend, car is currently in bets and lost motivation to put it back together.. Wasn't like there was even anything wrong with it!

Now I have booked a drift day it will quickly come together again

Can you link the 'top track' at pod?

If so then it is not out of your skill level- just need to take it a bit carefully. I always advise to drive the track a few times FAST gripping before attempting to drift it

Yeah, I remember the first time I done Mallory park and drove there and back, 180miles each way! Done it all in one day too :-/ was daunting for sure!

Since trailering I have never looked back!

Yeah 200miles each way to snetterton, your lucky you had use for a daily I already have a works van so can't have a car just for towing.

Waiting on a water pump had a slight leak on the drive to lydden, if I can get it in time i will man up and drive.
