SXOC stands
Stands at shows are not just a gathering of friends, they promote and show what the club represents in the public eye
Who can go on a stand?
- The underlying rule is you need to be a paid member
- Any S body is welcome
They don't need to be show room standard, but it doesnt hurt to give them a quick clean!
- Jap only car shows. S bodies have priority, but any jap car will be considered. Details and pictures need to be provided for the events organisers to approve. If approved your car will be placed on a reserve list
- Generic car shows. S bodies have priority, but any car will be considered. Details and pictures need to be provided for the events organisers to approve. If approved your car will be placed on a reserve list
- An S body will always have priority over any other make and model
While on the stand
- Keep it clean! Put your rubbish in the bin, if you see any stray rubbish, give us a hand and get rid of it
- Stands get really packed and in some cases require some tight parking to get everyone on. Before you leave your car make sure you have your mobile number and board name on display or contact a member of staff with your details. This way we can contact you in emergencies or changes to the stand need to be made. I'm also pretty sure there is some health and safety issue
- Food
Remember the club usually provides food at big events
Its FREE!!!! So get involved else it gets chucked out
