    mega sr20det engine build

going to reduce my 80% built forged engine to parts again and fit a stroker crank and 90mm pistons giving just under 2.4L there's going to be loads of pics and information on what i do and what parts i use and over the next week i will start, even looking at dry sump so be prepared for regular updates as the chassis is taking a back seat until the warmer weather comes, i hate the cold

its already got liners fitted, darton an a bore of 87mm with cp pistons and a knife edged crank, pauter X-beam rods, i now have a Mazworx torque plate which when fitted will seal all the water ways making it easy to pressure test the block to se if the liners leak [they where cryo fitted] so should not but if they do Chesman engineering do a ceramic sealing process that will deal with that problem, there web site is crap as it does not list a fraction of what they do

LOL you two are going to spend so long outdoing each other that you will forever be upgrading without building anything lol.

I have made that mistake several times already. Looking at both yours and ex-ctr's projects have made me buy something, then sell it and buy the next thing up. Now im thinking of selling my 2.2 and going to 2.4 aswell.

You better hope my other half doesnt ever meet either one of you! lol

    Cheers Aj
