Its a 1996 RS FOUR which as you can see has the RB25DET from a gts-t (iirc) thats pumping out around 230-240bhp depending on who you listen to.

This thing is as clean as any used car i have ever seen, the sills are spotless as is the rest of the underside of the car.

These are a few pics of the worst points

    The rust

    The scuffs

Weird bobble in the inner arch area

Paint flake on the fromt bumper

    Interior

Unfortunately the mods started before i had even got the car home

I got hold of a couple of things off the options list - a load area cover and a dog net. On top of this literally 10 mins ago i had these dropped off, they have 2 good Bridgestones and 2 fubar'd Falken FK451's (been a long time since i have seen any of these) all for £285 delivered

As this is going to be my daily driver i dont have to much planned but there are plans - lowering springs, exhaust, filter, fuel pump, plugs, decat, boost controller, some pimp rims (when these are dead), i'd like to see 300bhp which shouldnt take much at all really.

Thankfully/luckily i am now in a position to be able to run this and keep my beemer project running too. Economy wise i managed 160ish miles home from Mitch's on 1/2 tank (about £25) which will be ok

I really like this car, if I hadn't already got a new car on a boat I probably would've bought it.

Only real problem is the seats. The seats look like an old granny's wallpaper

Agree but they are comfortable enough to keep them for sitting in traffic jams

Are you going to get a seat cover made of little wooden balls?

Sorry, I'll stop taking the p1ss now.

Edit: Would be worth it if you wanted to build a sleeper though.

    The first mods

I ordered these before i had even picked the car up - looad cover and dog/safety net

Next i brought myself a decent set of R33 GTR rims, today i went anf got 2 of the tyres changed and them fitted

Much better i think. I have my eye on a well priced set of Sustech Pro coilies to sort out the tractor like ride height

I've thought about it - thera are a couple of fields opposite the house with level access from the road, its been hard not to go and be a proper hooligan before they fill them with useless food stuffs

Lowering is hign on the agenda as is a trip to Hayward and Scott seeing as they are only round the corner

I would love to do that but the kits are extortionately expensive and i cant seem to find any evidence to suggest that the makers are in business any more or not.

I like this kit - gtr oc chairmans ride

    or a nice Dolphin kit
