    sills?

my car failed the mot on N/S/R sills so i started to poke the rust in and soon discovered lots of rot took out my inner and outer sills as well as my wheels arch.

tried mill autos to buy repair panels but they dont even list the 200sx
anyone know where i can get affordable inner and outer sill repair panels (not nissan) lol i assume this is a common problem and that it would readily be available?

    £300

I've just had all new sills & rear arches custom made to standard dimensions, chassis legs strengthened and bootlid/rear wiper/aerial all plated. He even undersealed the new sills and put some filler on the arches and bootlid.

And i must say his work is top quality. Apart from a slight warp in the bootlid, easily fixed with the tiniest skim of filler.

    All in....... £385

Fancy the fuel money to south yorkshire?

PM me for the number if you're interested.

i'd probably be willing to bet that if the sills are like that then there are some other bits you havent found yet. try having a good look at the chassis rails under the rear subframe for example.

might be worth this thread being stickied or the details of JDG panels being put somewhere to be found easily for the future.

edit: infact I'll go add it onto the usefull threads for further reference.
