Silkolene Pro S 10w50 is I think what we got, but could be slightly different version of that manufacturers oil, maybe one of the other grades... XR33GTS any extra input?

Got Halfords Motorsport 5w50 in at the moment, but I use whatever fully-synth I can get my hands on when an oil change is due. I'm not fussy.

I was gonna go for Valvoline VR1 Racing 10W-50 as recommended to me by APT at the last service interval but no one in my city stock this product and the dealers said it would take a few weeks to get hold of it

So I ended up with the more expensive Silkolene Pro S 10W-50 instead

Hands up anyone who is still using the same oil as the last time this poll was up?

Just switched from magnatec to Mobil 1 Super S. About £22 for 5 litres; probably the best oil i've used - virtually eliminated vvt and seems to run quiter too
