If you take the tank out don’t forget to put the 1 way valve back into the filler neck

I should be able to fit the diff washer on the car so turned the subby upside down supported on blocks

    Diff went in easy

    Balanced it on the jack

    Slid it under the car

I am trying to find decent storage for it. It will never be driven in the wet again

The jack was refurbed about 10 years ago It’s now 24 years old Strange you should comment on the jack, got a bloke doing some work on the house today and he said " your not taking pics of it jacked up with that rusty piece of sh1te are you?" Then he asked me for a quote to refurb his 1997 Marcos LM that's only done 4300 miles

If it will be dry stored and never driven in the wet, why did you need to go this far lol?!

Nice one, good to see bits starting to go back on

I just want to build it as close to concorse as I can and keep it that way. If the plan was to use it as a daily drive, I would lash loads of Dynax wax on everything for extra protection but then it would look a bit of a mess underneath.

I have managed to salvage most of the clips for the ABS cable. Finding a part number for these clips seemed impossible This is the one that goes into the fuel tank heatshield

Across the back of the subby

Had to resort to a cable tie at the front of the subby though

    Sorry for poor pic

I dropped another right bollock I should have measured the distance from the centre of the hub to the bottom of the wheel arch before I stripped it. If anyone is running Nismo suspension and could measure it for me, I would appreaciate it. I can't torque the back suspension up without this dimension.

I also still need the diffy washer and am more than happy to pay

Didn't mean it in a bad way, just a jokey "enough protection for a boatcar but won't be driven in the rain" kind of thing, erm, yeah....

    More good progress
