Rear braided hoses on. The hard pipes are new

I was planning to have everything mechanically sorted before moving on but such is life.

I’ve sprayed a good few litres of paint to the underside of the shell and the engine bay. Despite masking up as best I could, there’s always going to be some paint particles on the top of the shell. Best way to remove them is a claybar.

    Plenty of lubricant

I did the whole car including the glass

Then I polished it by hand with Poorboys polish and waxed it. Picfest to follow

The paintwork isn't 100% perfect but it's not bad for 12 years old. After all, its been to the North Pole!

Absolutley fantastic work!!! I wonder what it would be valued at now?

Just one thing tho. Your jack looks a bit rusty.

But seriously amazing effort You must be so pleased with the almost finished result. I'm not jealous at all.

I'm speechless. Been following this thread (and the S13 one) since the beginning. This is truely epic!

Will you be using braided hoses up front as well?

Oh and a Nismo oil cap look great in the engine bay

It’s probably not worth much but to buy another car and have it finished like this would cost at least £20K
I’ve had that jack 28 years It’s jacked every car I have ever owned up

I have some braided lines for the front but there’s a problem with them. Nismo oil cap sounds a good idea

It took me about 20 mins to scroll down there! stunning pics
Looked under mine today and was shocked how manky its gone this year, and it hasn't really been out in the rain or salt
What did you use on the exhaust Pete?

You only need two tools in life - wd-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the wd-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.

And if you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem!
