I have the McCulloch kit, which quite a few people of the BB have. If you need a supplier, there's a good Ebay trader that everyone uses.
You will need a H1 conversion kit and one of Cookie's realy kits.
The full beams are HB3 9005.

cheer nicely...
but whats a Cookie's realy kit?
and The full beams are HB3 9005.? are they different and are they hard to fit how much did they cost u?

its a relay kit that fixes a problem caused by the headlight switch , the switch design is a break before make when you use high beam , this cuts the power to the hids for a fraction of a second and is very damaging to them and can also cause them to turn off when you use high beam.
The kit also uses uprated wiring to prevent the std wiring melting/ breaking down over time.
And lastly it prevents the hids from lighting when you flash someone, which is again damaging to the hids.

Briefly, they protect your lighting wiring loom from frying from the higher current when igniting the HIDs. They also irradicate the disturbing problem of the HIDs failing to reignite when flicking from full beam back to main beam. They keep the HIDs on when full beam is engaged AND they stop the HIDs from igniting when 'flashing' someone (brief HID ignition is bad for them).
Main beams are H1
Full beams are HB3 9005.
HB3s are standard bulbs and can be purchased anywhere. if you are getting HIDs, you may want to change the HB3s to Philips Blue Vision to make them look less yellow next to the HIDs.
Try to get some Blue Ice side light bulbs too
EDIT: Goddam! Where did all that conversation come from?!

Nicleys the best person to say about fitting on the s15.
I purchased mine from maverick on here via ebay as he had a spare kit, think i paid a little less than £200.
Nicley should be able to point you in the right direction to purchase some hids.

You want Ebay seller Supervtec.
There's a guide to fitting HIDs on my mods site. The only difference is that you don't need to take the lights out and you have to drill a hole in the plastic seals to get the wires through (this is sealed with a grommet provided). Oh, and there's no instructions to fitting Cookie's kit. It fairly straightforward though.

there are text instructions to fitting my kit.

This is correct. I meant on my site.

I thought they all had Xenon headlights? Was this just an option?

An option.
Its interesting though. All the fuse and relay locations are already there...
