    how to install apexi tt without harnas guide

    First dismantel everything that you have free acces to anything.

    You can also use a HKS tt harnas. But if you didn't ordered one than it is very simpel to install without it.

    This plug is usefull now

    These 3 cable's are gonna be in the ignition area.

    The collors have to be connected to

    Red = A
    Green = B
    Blue = C

    It's easyer to strip the cable's lower because of the space.

    Everything soldered so all is isolated and back in position.

    For safety reasons you'll have to connect the handbrake to the TT.

    It's the yellow cable under the ashtray. Connect to grey of your TT

    Just strip and solder.

    Also by the ECU. Strip and solder.

    You'll have to connect pin 50 to black lead and pin 29 to white lead.

    Everything placed in position.

    And i found this is a nice place for the tt.

    The colors of the cable's of the TT

    Red = +12V Always
    Green = switched +12V @ 1st position of ignition key
    Blue = switched +12V @ 2nd position of ignition key
    White = Lambda
    Black = Ground
    Grey = handbrake

    Yes.

    Cause it is written in the manual wich came with the apexi.

    And also check this site:

    http://www.datnet.org/new/techinfo/page2.html

    105 isn't listed in the diagram. Maybe the signal splits in 2 ?

    edit.

    I see in the service manual that 105 is not used...

    I own the German Nissan Mechanical manual, and I`ve found pin 105...

    There was definately a blue cable with silver points in pin 105. I check the Lambda cables,and there was three of them: a thick white one, a blue one with silver points and another one... I forget the colour.

    What do you thinking?

    If you have no cat then this timer is not much use for u.

    This timer uses the signal from the lambda to determ the after idle time before it stalls the engine.

    U don't have a lambda, so u can only set a manual time and can read the battery power. My advise, if you don't have a lambda, buy an other TT.

    u could fit it, but you can't use the auto timer. You have to put in the time yourself.

    You'd be better off buying an other timer. IMHO

    According to the manual pin 115 is the lambda sensor.

    No you disagree, that's why your A/F meter isn't working now and you ask questions about it on the dutch board

    But after searching in this board for an hour, I'm beginning to think that it's pin 29 we're after and not pin 115

    i'll try this then, as pin 115 clearly doesn't work on mine. Strange though that it does work on yours

    Tomorrow I'll swap from 115 to 29 and we'll see if there's any difference

    Why do it the hard way guys?
    You should get the signal much easier from the white wire that in the plug of the lambda. Just run the wire in and connect it to the meter and done
