OK, most deoderents appear to be about the same, get a 18" flame or so off of them.
Then my mate decided to try the carb cleaner. Because I'm intelligent I wisely decided to step back a bit. I kid you not that at a distance of 6ft the flame filled my vision entirely int he blink of an eye and was about 6" from my face. I've never PedMSL so much
So, anythign out there that burns even better?

lighter gas is a goodun... or if you want some real fun....
nip over to your camping shop, buy a small bule camping gaz can and some parafin or meths and a bit of string...
go home, stand the gas can upside down, pour parafin into the base, soak string and light....
retire to a safe distance
take out air rife, fire and.... BANG

I used to have some Lynx and saved it for torching wasps. Had a college hall-of-residence room with a tiny window. Once the wasps were in they never left so had to be dealt with
