All you need is one "T" piece connector and one connector. About £6-10 from most local motor factors.
Look at your ABS unit, towards the back at the top you will see two front outs that go to your callipers. Underneath those is the front in from the master cylinder. The front in goes to the bottom of the T piece and the two outs go into the sides.

The rear in is connected to the rear out via the regular connector. It is easier to unfasten everything and remove the ABS unit before reconnecting. Make sure you get some long radii on the brake line. Don't just grab it and bend it.

Then bleed the brakes. Disconnect the ABS "ECU" behind the trim panel on the rear passenger drivers side.
Hope this is OK, will check tomorrow as I'm really rather drunk ATM.

You don't need braided brake line to replace copper, it's pretty but it's a waste of money. Only replace rubber (the pipe from just inside the arch to the calipers) with braided. You don't need any brake pipe at all, unless you damage what's there.

Edit; Connectors that you purchase must have 10/1 inputs for your original pipework to connect up ok.

The connectors you need and a really pikey way of joining them. It looks crap but it works.

so basically its one pipe in to two pipes out for the front brakes and same with rear? i'm going to run the rear pipes through the inside of the car instead of under as i'm stripping it out for a track car!

This photo is taken as if you were looking from the drivers side. The brake pipe that goes into the bottom left of the ABS unit in the photo goes to the bottom of the T piece, the two above it go into either side.

The two on the RHS are joined by the straight connector.

Sorry the photos a bit blurry. The letter above the bottom left is an F for front, above are FL and FR. On the right they are R's for rear.
