When I was up north visiting family in the boonies I would go out to the seaside and lift big rocks. Quite fun actually. I guess you could also deadlift lift the back of you s-body off the ground ala Arnold, in Predator!

It depends what you are trying to train!

Triceps dips only need a low stool, chair, solid coffee table or box.

Depends how much you want to lift. Jerry cans filled with pebbles for heavier weights.
