Can't you get at the hinge bolts by removing the arch lining?

Problem is the profile of the door makes it very difficult to get to the top one with any tool etc

Can you turn up a drift that is the right diameter and just tap them out ? Maybe use some quick heat to get them to separate.

As a last resort, I'd try a chisel down one side to loosen the brass then the drift.

Is there an engineering shop that could help you out ? They will knows a variety of tricks for fixing such problems.

Rich, don't suppose you happen to have the part numbers handy do you? What was the rough cost of the pins and bushings? My drivers door has dropped slightly so I'm going to replace the whole lot I think.

I have mate give me a pm on fb and i will send them over!

I couldn't remove the bushings and the new pins were a tight fit with the old bushings, so you can have the bushes off me cheaper if you need
