Can you not remove the whole hinge from the car?

Can't you get at the hinge bolts by removing the arch lining?
I removed the door on the 14 with the wing on but not sure if it's the same on the 13

I will have a look at doing it this way this lunchtime! Thanks
So i can just about get a spanner to the bottom hinge and have managed to get the top pin moving.
Ordered some new pins from nissan with bushings!
Ghanks for the ideas
Next question! How do i remove the little brass bushings from the hinge??
Really do with some tips on removing the bushings from the hinge as doors being painted tomorrow!
I thought about drilling them out but don't think i will get the drill in there square.
drill and tap them. then use a slide hammer on the bolt?
Can you turn up a drift that is the right diameter and just tap them out ? Maybe use some quick heat to get them to separate.
As a last resort, I'd try a chisel down one side to loosen the brass then the drift.
Is there an engineering shop that could help you out ? They will knows a variety of tricks for fixing such problems.
