Just bought a race horse for just over $300k

Come with 3 acres and a five bedhouse.

To say we are over the moon is an understatement. It was our third attempt after being made redundant last year and our land and build fell through but we got there in the end.

No water rates as there is no mains its all rain water and topped up by the river at the bottom of the property if needed.

My dogs are going to love it and we can not wait to start making this house our home

Am suprised at just how much shit my wife has so much infact ive got a skip.

    Will post up pics later

    South Australia.

I never thought in a million years that my wife would agree to living in the country theres nothinghere and I love it! She was terrified of spiders yet cought a massive one yesturday and let it go out the front. Not sure how shes going to go coming into snake session but the horse has been here 7 years and should keep them away.

We now have the huge task of organizing all the furnature boxs everywhere. So impressed with the community spirt here. All our friends just pitched in cars utes traliers food drink so much fun.

I used to think cars was expensive till I learnt the cost of horses and vet bills.

I guess youdont have to get them in in the winter at least.

Thats her gig. I bought it as she has always wanted a pony she can look after it,. But yeah she still has to be rugged up and bought in we have two stables and your be surprised at how cold it can get in the hills. Although it was 33 during the day it will drop to around 7 8 tonight.
