    Hi

    Hi,

Just bought my first 200sx S14a, I had been looking at getting one for a while and finally got one last week

It's had a bit of work done to it and some tuning but requires a bit of work to smarten it up.
Bit of welding to the inner sills, rear n/s wheel arch needs a little treatment and will probably require a respray at some point.

This is the first proper car I've owned since passing my test a few years back and am really enjoying giving it some hammer!

Bit naff when it comes to introductions but just getting started...

    Ash

I found it on Ebay and knocked the price down a bit, due to the fact the clutch was on its last legs, sill and paintwork required.
either way there is a large fmic, coil overs, free flow stainless exhaust, not 100% sure but reckon it has had a re-map as it goes like hell! well compared to what I'm used to anyway

from what I remember off the V5 this car has come from Exeter, with an SXOC tax disk holder so possibly might be able to get some more details off the former owner if they're still online...

Thanks, I think before I do anything styling wise I'm going to have a good read up on all the options available. I was thinking of fitting wide arches etc but I quite like how it looks at the moment, maybe get saving for some smart concave alloys and keep these as spares.
I do like the 6 pot note so might look into doing an RB25 conversion next year after all the other problems have been addressed.

Cool, just had a quick look through your thread. Looks impressive, when I get home tomorrow I'll have a good read and try and work out what's needed to do it

Hi mike, Red looks well on the 200

I've been busy with quite a few other projects since getting the beast.
In the past 3 months I've fitted:
    new disks and pads
    Ss tubular exhaust manifold
Ss turbo elbow and 3" decat with flexi
Slimline boss and omp steering wheel
    New set of Yokohama tyres
New front hub due to the wheel bearing packing up...
Lowered the front end 30mm as it was riding a lot higher than the rear end and looked daft, now it's looking sweet as!

Just got a set of auxiliary belts to fit and sort out a possible N.A.T.S 2 problem then it should be grand

Get a project thread going if you're going to start doing some bits and bobs. Will be good to look back on in years to come if you have long term plans for it
