ACU, key and remote locking question

I've managed to buy an ACU, master fob and slave as the 200 I bought 5 weeks ago didn't have a spare key or fobs (the old owner passed away and son couldn't find any other keys/fobs)

To get the remote locking to work is it just a case of removing the current ACU and swapping with the new one, also if I wanted to get a spare key how much are they and is it a case of having to goto Nissan?

This is what I've got, doesn't seem right to me, doesn't the remote locking have two black boxes? I can see the big one under the ashtray/lighter, would I need to replace the big black box as well of can I just program the fobs to work with the existing one, need help on this lads
