    best sealant for installing rear lights

    need to install the kouki lights on my 180 but need to know whats the best waterproof sealant off the shelf to use.

    Best stuff is butyl, comes in a roll, it's what they used from the factory. Also means you're lights aren't glued in permanently.

    this the stuff looks spot on as its most certain i dont want them in permanently.

    You can still buy factory sealant for taillights

    Butyl is factory sealant? When you buy it from Nissan it still comes in the same rolls as if you brought from Nissan.

    I'll be getting some of that, my rear left kouki is half full of water lol.

    Brilliant stuff, use it on my e36 doors to stick the sound proofing layer back on, handy for lots of little bits.
