    S15 air con

So sound like my air con pump is make a loud noise

Recently had the engine out of the car and was not making the noise before but since going back in it louder

Think it could be the belt is to tight or to loss or the tensioner

As the more I rev the louder it gets till about 3000 rpm then stops

Any one know anything about this or able to give me a hand with it ??

squealing is usually the belt slipping.
run the engine turn the air con on or whatever to make it squeal then spray a little bit of WD40 or water or something on the belt and listen to the noise to see if it stops.

if it does then turn your engine off and check the tension of the belt.
grab the belt in the middle between the two pulleys and twist it. you should be able to turn it roughly 90 degrease using moderate force.
if you can ttwist it round like 180 or more then I would say its too loose. the compressor is on a pivot bolt that you have to loosen then wind the adjuster to move the compressor outwards tightening the belt.
