Injectors
I might be a long way off with this but I have heard from a few people that rx7 injectors fit straight into the sr20det fuel rail is this true and if it is would it be any good because I think the 550cc

Yep.....You're a long way off!
Some people use the secondary 850cc sard injectors but they need collars and plug adaptors.

Ah I didn't think it would be that easy haha.
I'm looking for new ones really looked at the nismo ones but there expensive are they worth it or is there others I can get

It really depends on what tuning route you're going down, if your going to do a "staged" tune, then the injectors need to match the spec of the chip.
The nismo injectors are expensive but also very reliable and consistent!

For a cheaper option Z-Power modified stock injectors are very good. They come as a matched set and have flow reports with them

As hooky says, match your injectors to your management. Nismo injectors are not expensive.

Ye I will going for a Horsham development stage 1a but wanted injectors as I'm getting a bigger turbo for a bit of scope for more power in the future

If your going 1a you can't fit the injectors
If your fitting bigger injectors and turbo why not just go 3 or 3a

Looking at it now mate I'm looking at getting a Kinugawa td05-h 18g turbo and it will be on a tubular top mount, so now stage 3a is looking a bit better lol

Stage 3A can only be used with a .64 2871 though. If you're using a TD05, you'd need a custom map from H-Dev, Protuner, MB Automotive etc etc dude.

That's a bit annoying oh well lol will the rest of the supporting mods work with it

For the stage 3a chip, you need to match the spec of what its mapped for dude. Jez can do a custom map of one of his chips if your already running on of his boards?

No not got a daughter board just the stock ecu. What work will I have to do with the internals if it's needed

For an off the shelf chip it has to match the spec list to the letter

As said, you can't go to any H-Dev stage without the correct mods spec'd for it. If you want to use that turbo you will need a custom job and, correct me if I'm wrong, you'll need new management like Nistune or a Power FC.
But stage 1a you can't run bigger injectors, you may as well run straight to stage 2.
That TD05 will be garbage anyway compared to the 2871 in 0.64 trim.

In that case I will have to look into it a lot more I need to rebuild my turbo and wanted to run a external wastegate.
How come that turbo won't be any good for it

A TD05 18G doesn't flow that much, a friends SR only made 340 @ 1.3bar. There really not that big dude.
In regards to internal, a 2871 or TD05 wont flow past the levels where internals are deemed necessary.

That sucks the actuator on my T28 hits my engine with the top mount I got that why I was going g for a external setup.

You don't need to top mount a T28 at all. If you have, then being polite, it's a waste.
Revert to the standard bottom mount manifold, you will be able to get one for peanuts, fit a T28/GT2871, grab some Nismos and a Z32 MAF and enjoy a reliable, proven and happy 330-350 set up.
You also don't need an external wastegate.
