You'll struggle to get 400 out of a ca or an sr and still have it as a usable road car. 170 from a standard car isn't exactly staid, 240 very usable HP can be had for buttons, 300 to 320 won't be that expensive and still drivable if you do it right. 400 from a ca and you need full internals and to sacrifice drivability as the power will all be at the top.
If you really want 400 usable HP, you'll need a proper v8 and deep pockets.

250 will be enough for me on the CA 400 was my aim on the RB
