Iv always been unsure of this so I'll be interested in answer.
Mine is kings and has/had the factory navan kit, a turbo, climate control, random factory speaker upgrade, nicer cloth seats than some, and is 5 stud
Friend had a queens and that was n/a, had climate control, was 4 stud, random spoiler with high level brake light, and had the same cloth as mine
And we've broken what I think was a Jacks, that was quite basic, turn dials for heaters, 4 stud, n/a auto, really basic seats, no skirts or spoiler and a "normal" zenki front bumper

The attached spreadsheet intended to demonstrate the difference between the various models, based upon what I know myself, and what has been said in various threads.
It has taken me an hour, to realise that to attempt such a thing is very foolish.
Enjoy.
(it doesn't help much on the J Q K Japanese thing either)
Finally got a closer look and it's a Q spec zenki factory painted black , non turbo , 280 mm vented discs but looks like s13 single pot calipers . Interior is cloth and has climate control so there's a few new points for your spreadsheet Jon
I'll get under it later for more details on the grubby bits
Never knew that's what the letters stood for, how interesting
Well it's in for mot tomorrow so I'll deffo get a good look at it
