Wheels pointing different directions

I have a Mercedes c class coupe that was in a prang resulting in a wonky passenger side front wheel (it's pointing the wrong way!). I've removed the wheel and can't see any damage to any of the suspension components so am a bit miffed as to what it could be....

I don't really want to go ploughing into repairing the car not knowing what the damage might be.

Anyone got any ideas?

Is the track rod bent?

take the wheel off the other side and compare the stuff against that.

Yeah, decided I wouldn't find out without getting stuck in and removing stuff so made a start the other night.
