A Good Place To start drifting again??

its been a while since i last drifted a car (Mx5) it wasn't terribly good but it was good fun ( just not enough power)
I've now got a s13 stage two and looking to get into drifting again.
The car is due to be finished from rebuild and back on the road in the next month or so. just some good places that you can have a mess about and not be in the way of people with more experience.

any recommendations would be much appreciated.

    thanks guys.

Hes right, Santa Pod is prolly your best bet although Norfolk Arena is fairly straightforward too

You should seek out "Drift Bible" - it will tell you plenty and is a good watch. Once you've seen it you just need to have a go. It's fairly intuitive so not super easy to convey in text.

Best way to learn is just sit in an open space, rev it up near the red line and lift the clutch. You'll soon get a feel for it! :P

Norfolk arena always been a personal favourite of mine. Malx and minnie are absolutely brilliant people and always on hand to help/give advise. My very first day Malx came out with me a couple laps then drove the car to see what he thought, he went ballistic but was good to see how capable the mx5 was in the hands of a skilled driver.

On personal gripe now is it used to be filled with sbodys and rbodies and now it's mostly filled with £500 smashed up shitters. Always worries me as they seem to be careless about hitting other people's cars.
