Jerking and cutting out

I've recently got my car on the road, now I need to iron out some running issues. I've noticed it's a bit jerky. If you gun it, it's fine, if you slowly accelerate it's fine. When I have a constant throttle it's jerky, it's kind of like not enough fuel type of jerky (I can't see that being the issue if it's fine at full pelt). The accelerator seems a bit hair trigger, very on and off. It doesn't seem to improve much as it warms up.

Also, when I come to a stop the engine cuts out more often than not.

Could all of this be a boost leak?

Yea boost leak, timing, aac valve needs cleaning.
