I've put -35mm springs on the front but tbh, with the age related sag that's on the rear, they do t actually look that low. Just a little bit of rake. Looks nice!
I had a guy come over last night for a look and to 'assist' with the gearbox issue. He is currently building his car back up from bare shell. A really low miler and also original. But he says he's not seen some of the bits that are one mine. It's got a lot of bits I've not even seen before. Needs a few more to be 100%.
I've actually got two of the fcukers now! I bought a Raider a couple of months ago. But it needs so much to get it OE I just haven't got the patience. So that's for sale.
Bring towels - I WILL be drooling over it...
I broke my car at the last weekender. All it was at the time was the exhaust manifold gasket but things kinda spiralled and it's still off the road. FML

Less than 24hours to departure. Turbo refitted last night
Still to do:
Change brake fluid
Adjust rear camber
Clean
Pack
Fun day tomorrow, leaving about 3 and cant get into the Agri-Chav Garage where the car is until 11ish, and theres a grain dryer running where id normally use the steam cleaner
Well in the last couple of days my list has gone from:-
Fit gearbox to engine
Engine in car
3" turbo back exhaust to custom make
Remap ECU
Fit rear springs and shocks (fronts done)
Get grippy tyres fitted, don't think the Linglongs will like snetterton
Fit/make a custom FMIC install
Make a wiring harness
Fit/adapt a oil cooler to engine
Fit custom radiator and fan
Larger brakes
Custom make a rear anti roll bar
Fit gear shift etc
To:-
Just finish off a few little bits and try and find a boost control valve
So... I have a whole new list following the weekender, but the car did well so I cant complain
Probably best make sure the carbs dont falls off again sooner rather than later though!
Maybe there should be a 'Oh I've broken my car at/on way home from the weekender' thread?
Agreed - with an added 'to do before next year' option
I think I've popped a speaker/sub, and one of my tyres goes down slowly from all the gravel stuck in the bead. FML
I escaped very lightly from a couple of well sketchy moments Gutted for those who didn't, sad to see a couple of cars in that state
Broke my parking sensors - beat that for lame anyone..
They did, I saw it, then I laughed
1998 Nissan 200sx s14a , 2000 std 5 speed with nismo supercoppermix clutch bn6 Sapphire Blue
I got back the two front wheelcentres that fell off the jag in the pits lol
And I thought I was the only one with my car in bits the day before! The effort paid off though as it didn't give me any hassle the whole time I was out on track it just hassled my wallet as it used a fek tonne of fuel!
