Thats no suprise mate seen my project thread? Literially only spot visible was the size of a 2p. We ended up fabricating new inner and outer sills, and part of the floor plan for BOTH sides.....

Just to show, this was a thumb nail sized blister just inside the wheel arch and why I get wound up when people say "just needs a number of patches of complex shape making up and welding into one of the most complex joining points on the car...... mate".
