depends on how low you run your car, the lower it is the more extreme the angle of the shaft is, then when your on the power and the car squats it tends to pull the splines on the end of the shaft out of the CV enough to cause the shaft to shear the teeth on the splines, thus rending the shaft useless.
you can buy spacers that push the cv on the diff end out by about 10mm, giving the shaft another 10mm of splines to grip onto. doesnt usually happen to s13's but quite common on s14's
