why don't you run it as a local event, there are a few from NW who want to come along, and members can get subsidy on tickets then
All you need to do is put a list of name together, sounds like you have enough, and local rep can give out discounts etc and club covers it. IF you are doing a bbq it's worth asking as club normally give a bit towards food.

I've just renewed mate using PayPal. You might get 2 membership payments from me as I remember renewing a few days ago but doesn't seem to have changed my status.
