New Services - Sand Blasting, Aluminium welding & Engineering

    Hi Guys

As part of our new direction we can now offer the following services:-

Sand Blasting- We have a 4.5m x 5.5m sand blasting room, which means we can sandblast everything from small to a whole car

Aluminium Welding- We now have a tig welder so if you need any pipework or sumps welded just ask.

Engineering services- We have a lathe, drill, mill and other useful toys. So if you require any items making let us know

    Dan

Hi I have a crank scraper kit for my Primera SR20DE and that kit came with a piece of aluminium for use in a modification to the mid-sump. Mightyou be able to carry out the mod?
Essentially cutting out a bulge that allows easier access to two rear seal holder bolts, and welding in the provided piece, as shown on this web link:

    http://www.crank-scrapers.com/Datsun-Nissan_SR.html

Scroll down a bit to the text underneath the bold heading 'There is an option with the girdle scraper ...'

I live in oxford so could bring you the bits if you think you might be able to do it. Can you give me a rough idea of cost, even if you can only confirm a price when you see the bits?

Must be a P10? As the P11 didn't have the crank girdle?

I know that every job is going to be different, but perhaps you could give generic estimates for blasting typical cars like s14s and s13s that are already totally stripped.

    Strippd Subframes

    Stripped Calipers

    Undersides of S bodies

Welding services like joining pre marked up ali intercooler pipes and stainless pipes

Engineering services like skimming/resurfacing chinese exhaust manifolds

P11. I think it will install without the crank girdle.

I have a cheapo manifold on the PII that needed facing, but went the expensive route and now have a new Fujitsubo header waiting to be fitted.
However would be interested to know facing price for the cheapo one before I junk it. The face to the cylinder head and the two joining faces at the downpipe join.

Also I can't skim here, you need a surface grinder for jobs like manifolds
