    World Chanpionship Snooker 2014

It's that time again where a select few of the SXOC watch the snooker.

Can Ronnie do it again? Having odds of 6/5 to win it before the championship started clearly makes him a firm favourite. He's off to a nice start with a 7-2 lead and finishes at 7 o'clock tonight.

Has come round so quickly! Will be following it, and backing Ronnie all the way. I've not puy any money on him as odds were so crap this time.

Ronnie through to the second round safely, be interesting to see who else can managr it that are interesting to watch

Watched some of Wasley/Ding, and while Ding didnt play well we couldnt believe Wasley, it was like he had just been picked out of the crowd or something - smashing the ball all over the place, missing safety spots by feet, potting the white - it was like he was drunk or something, marvellous to watch

Cant see anyone beating Ronnie TBH but you never know ...........

Nice victory for Wasley. I'm amazed Ding actually broke into a smile at the end of the final frame. Cracking match though.

At least Higgins is out, can't stand him.

Lining up lovely for Ronnie seems like a huge wait for his second round match against Perry though!

Really missing the likes of Williams, Davis, etc, there's no 'edge' to the championship this year, just a bunch of reasonable players and some others I've never heard of. Ronnie better set it alight else it's going to be bore bore bore all the way to the end at the current rate!

Couldn't agree with you more. Trump didn't exactly get the crowd going like he normally does earlier on. Robertson looks to be on form and could be a cracking match if he meets Ronnie in the final. I like to see the rookies coming through, but there isn't a personality between them.

Ronnie on tomorrow night against Perry.

Must admit I missed Trump's game completely. Saw a bit of Selby's, wasn't that impressed. Do really like Robertson, so fingers crossed he can keep producing it as he's definitely worth a watch sat here falling asleep with the Davis v Dale match at the moment, roll on 7pm tomorrow

The original Higgins was the best

Not the usual Ronnie I'd like to see. Hopefully he can start to pull away in the afternoon tomorrow. Robertson looked in good form to be fair.

Two total clearances. (Well nearly) Perfection.

Had me worried for a bit yesterday though.

Had me worried this morning also, but he remained match and tournament favourite throughout, and he's just proven why. Amazing end to the match. Roll on quarters!
