Stage 3a chip and GT2871r deal

Hello mate, I'm collecting the parts to go stage 3a and I'm now at the stage of needing the chip and turbo.
On your website you have the deal for a stage 3 chip and a GT2871r for £1109 I have a few questions about this:

Are the turbos in stock, if not how long does it take to get one to me?
Do they come with an actuator?
Will I need an additional oil restrictor or are they built into these units?
Is it ok to run the 'pigeon mod' rather than a BOV or recirc?

And regarding the chip:
I assume I send you my ecu for chip fitting, is this an extra cost?
I have a Japspeed manifold, will this be ok with the chip?
Is it safe to plug in and thrash or do I need it checking first?

Heres some answers:
Are the turbos in stock, if not how long does it take to get one to me? - usually with you in 1-2 days
Do they come with an actuator? No, standard T28 actuator works fine
Will I need an additional oil restrictor or are they built into these units? You won't need a restrictor
Is it ok to run the 'pigeon mod' rather than a BOV or recirc? Yes, although I recommend a re-circ: its kinder on the turbo and will make the car drive better

And regarding the chip:
I assume I send you my ecu for chip fitting, is this an extra cost? Fitting is £29.99, return postage is £9.99
I have a Japspeed manifold, will this be ok with the chip? Yes, should be fine
Is it safe to plug in and thrash or do I need it checking first? You must check that its not knocking / detonating and that the fueling is ok.
