hi, is it possible to get a wheel spacer to convert 4x114.3 to 5x11.3 ? thanks.

yes driftworks sell them or you can buy them second hand when they pop up in the for sale section

if you do go down the convertor spacers route you will have to cut your original studs down before fitting them.
