nistune type 1 board with a high bhp ca18det

Hi Jez just a quick question will a nistune be able to be mapped by u to get past the 500bhp on a ca18det with the right modifications ??

    I got :

    Mild ported ca18det cylinder head

    New nissan valves and guides

Tomei 260 duration 8.8mm lift lash type pon cams brand new

    Tomei spring valves

    Arp head studs

1.3mm head gasket atm may go 1.6 mm if required I will keep the 1.3mm as the cylinder has been reworked and decompressed , to run lower compression

    Wisseco 84mm forged pistons (balanced)

Maxspooling h-beam forged rods ( balanced ) had pauters but changed to maxspooling rods

Fully balanced crank , crank pulley, flywheeland cover plate

    Custom inlet manifold

    Custom exhaust manifold

External wastegate , I had tial but now change it to a hks 38mm

    A precision turbo ( pte ) spec: 545bhp turbo

    Compressor .60 ar

    Housing .64

    1000cc pte precision turbo injectors

    X 2 aem fuel pumps

Z32 may be almost maxxed out but I may get a ford maf good for 700bhp

Would u be able to make it work with the nistune ??

Or in your point of view am I missing anything ??

    Big thanks

Does any one know if I can use the nistune type one board with the load to work with the 44f01 in the 44f02 ecu without issues ??

I know the engine will start but will it trip with sensors or give me unaccurated readings ??

Sorry for not replying earlier - don't look in here often.

Should be able to get it to work, the Z32 probably won't max out at 500bhp - the 44f01 and 44f02 should work fine with no probs.

I meant that the Z32 AFM won't limit you to under 500bhp - I think they'll measure more than that.

The turbo was a pte but I have managed to buy what I needed

    Atm I got a garrett gt3082r anti surge compressor .70a/r and housing .82 a/r

What housing u recommend just to have a better spool time and still make the power

    I can buy a housing .57 a/r , .64a/r or .73 a/r

This gt3082r come with a .82 a/r but I belive is way to big for my ca18det what should I go for ??

Also I got the injectors of choice deatcshweks 1000cc
