    Pristine late 180sx – White – Type X – Kouki – 44k miles! Hi spec, new goodies

Since originally advertising this and having 2 buyers lined up and deciding to keep it I have added another £2k+ of modifications. New additions are in bold.

I have a problem, and I need to stop. I don’t like leaving it anywhere and on the summer days I prefer to potter about in the mx5’s so there is not much point in keeping this Deciding I would prefer to take an mx5 to the Weekender has to be the last straw!

After having this Type X for a few years in dry storage being slowly but surely built up with only the best parts it is time to see if there is someone out there who may want to take on this future classic. It is extremely rare to find a RPS13 in anywhere near this condition and when I found it I vowed to keep hold of it forever. Partly down to it being NEVER left outside!!

The only thing it is missing is a genuine front bumper. This was not on the car when I bought it and the only reason it is on there is that the last owner out in Japan preferred it. Over time it has grown on me, but I would still find a genuine bumper for it at some point it I were to keep it.

It is running a uk VVT sr20det for a variety of reasons but mainly because I know this engine to be so strong. It doesn’t have a whisper of VVT rattle and is smooth as silk. I have been there and done it with silly specs and in my honest opinion a nicely setup stg1a car is a very good compromise between power and reliability and as such, that is the cars current spec.

    ***REMOVED / MADE PRIVATE***

Even with all the extra money spent I would still only like £(removed) DEPOSIT TAKEN for the car. I appreciate that is at the top of what a 180sx will sell for but it also means it will go to someone who will hopefully look after it and improve it further….not drift it into a tree.

Bonnet is sutble and functional. I like it

The tacho I am not convinced by at all, but I have never bothered removing it, it was on it when it came from Japan and the huge shift light is a little bit acceptable....just a little bit
