Anyone else on Virgin Media unable to access KAT?

Which would be Kick Ass Torrents.

I'll just jump back on to piratebay if its blocked. What other good torrent sites are still available?

Kickass got blocked, also two other sites H33T and Fenopy. Never heard of them personally

A bunch of proxy sites have appeared as did with piratebay.

Here's a proxy for PB and KAT: http://come.in/

But I've started using http://torrentz.eu/ because I don't care where I get the torrent from, only what the best tracker is

I dont know why they bother blocknig sites.. the day after 1 alternatives will pop up..

It wont help stop piracy.. services like Netflix, itunes, google play, spotify will tho as they offer services at an awesome price that people are willing to pay.. record companies and film studios should ahve picked up on that ages ago.. saything that there will always be piracy LOL

Dont use torrent sites myself, mainly use newsgroups..

Been using come.in since it got blocked. Used newsgroups up until recently but ditched them due to the rise of DMCA take-down requests.

Something about a case, that was lost and the big ISP are now required to block KAT. BT apprently blocked from Friday onwards. Assume Sky and Virgin have followed suit?

yep ever since the big piratebay case all the media groups have to do is say what site they want blocked and present the piratebay case as prescient and hey presto they get another site censored.

Another vote for is hunt. Seems to always be up, even when Piratebay and the others aren't. Always get quality files there too.

Talktalk also blocked it, shame as it was one of the best without popups all the time. tried come.in but i get bad gateway each time.
