So here it is folks, finally the booking thread is up for the Club Weekender 2013.

Before I start going into what it's all about (I'm sure you lot already know what to expect! ) I want to first of all congratulate Algie on a fabulous 2012 and these are big shoes to fill!!!! Last year worked so well because everyone pitched in and everyone had a great time and I expect no less from the fabulous members of the SXOC this time around.

So here are the main details:

What is it?

A three day party extravaganza with music, entertainment and maybe a little drinking. We've thrown in a track day to keep you all occupied too

When is it?

Friday 12th July - Monday 15th July with the track time all day on Saturday.

How much is it?
Member - £25 per person for a weekend camping with food
Member spouse - £25 per person for a weekend camping with food
Any Member can also bring a Non-Member friend (only one!) for £40

Trackday driving on the Saturday (Members only) - £85

So after this all you need is booze and a tent!!!!! Best value weekend entertainment ever!!!

Where is it?

Anglesey Race Track



A purpose built race track near the sea in North Wales



How do I get there?

From North Wales mainland, cross the Britannia Bridge onto Anglesey. Continue West along the new A55 Dual Carriageway for approximately 12 miles. Look for the White on Brown tourism sign for the circuit at Junction 5. Follow the A4080 signposted Rhosneigr and Aberffraw. Continue past Rhosneigr, which is situated to the right of the A4080 on towards Aberffraw. Just under 5 miles from leaving the dual carriageway (A55) look for White on Brown Tourism signs at a small crossroads and turn right towards the circuit.

Visitors travelling from the Port of Holyhead should travel east along the A55 for approximately 7 miles then take the A4080 from Junction 5 as described above.http://www.angleseycircuit.com/contact/how-to-find-us


Now for the good bit

Track spaces are strictly limited to 120 so get in quickly if you would like a slot.

This is going to be the premier event of 2013 for the SXOC and I can promise you it's not to be missed.

Now while there are no official rules it is entirely at your own risk you bring children. This is a weekend designed for big kids with car's booze and a stripper tent. If your 13 year old son is found lughole deep in stripper clunge then thats on you

So how do I pay????

You can pay by Paypal, do not pay without adding your SXOC Board name and what tickets you require
DO NOT SEND AS A GIFT, YOU HAVE TO PAY THE FEES

If you don't put your board name and ticket requirements I will reject the payment. This event is too big to go through each one and sort them out individually, sadly I just don't have the spare time

Let me give you an example of what I need with the Paypal payment as I know someone will get it wrong

That'll be £125 at the offer price plus a Paypal fee of 4% (£). A total of £130

Just to add a bit of sport to it all I WILL name and shame those who f*&k this up so here are two lists, those who have done it correctly and the SIN BIN. Don't get your name on there or I'll be destroying your profile for my own amusement and there will be on the day forfeits

Here's the small print....
This event is open to fully paid Members only, each Member can bring a spouse and/or one friend who isn't a Member. If you have any special circumstances which don't fit in with this then drop me a PM

Track time is sold strictly to Members only, the club retains the rights to the track time. If for any reason you cannot use your track time the club will endeavour to sell it on to another member for you but cannot guarantee this. Sale of tracktime is non transferable.

Any driving considered unacceptable by the track owner OR SXOC staff will result in your tracktime being ended and no further access to this or other SXOC track events will be allowed. There is to be absolutely NO drifting on the grip track.

That's about all I can think of for now, in short, be sensible and don't do anything on or off the track which would cause any embarrassment to either yourself or the club. If you do then expect to lose your track time and/or your membership
