It's hard to say without seeing it first hand. It could be they are too deep to fully remove.
I forgot to post at the time, but the guy who owned this had me detail it to make it easier to sell. He texted me saying the car had sold within 12 hours of going on Autotrader and less than 24 hours after I'd detailed it!
Just dug up this thread after getting a pm about holograms, and forgot how massively different the before and after pictures look!
