Just so ye know, top mount manifolds are available and you can get the the downpipe off the shelf as well. I was looking at them 3 years ago. They seem a bit harder to find now alright but they're still there.
If you can find a link where I can buy one anywhere in the world off the shelf in a top mount t2 Flange with down pipe il eat my hat!
Mazworx do one to order (awesome but expensive)... also theres a guy on ebay that says he builds to order too (£250ish) but dunno what his workmanship is like.
woody - i seriously doubt we'll hit 15 names! £30 more isnt that much anyways - £130 inc delivery for a new manifold is a good price!

The point though was to top mount the standard t28. If you want to put an external with a t28 the just get the common t3 one and an adapter plate. Problem solved.

that item on ebay - looks like a t3 flanged manifold in the picture anyways! so maybe not the actual item? But it wouldnt be hard to take to an exhaust welder and get him tocut and TIG a WG flange on.
the main issue with top mount is a down pipe though and that doesnt come with one? have to go custom or make one?

half way through my hat nowis the height of every topmount manifold the same as theirs little info and the elbow looks like its only suited to running an external gate. Just mondering as they dont sell the manifold to go with it?
Hey guys as we have said we are looking into developing an of the shelf item complete with adapter plate to a T2 flange and downpipe at an affordable price.
It's not gonna be produced overnight but I wi keep you guys in the loop about where we get with development.

Hey Japspeed. Whats the chances of doing these for £99 if we get it to ten+??
For anyone that is desperate for a T2 flange just run an adaptor like i did.
I have a full detailed CAD drawing should you want it.
