There are 8 of us working at Apex and we all work in different areas be it webwork, SXOC, phone, trade, warehouse, marketing etc. Chances are that posts on the SXOC regarding an order placed over our website, phone, by fax etc wont be dealt with by the correct person so cant be dealt with efficiently.

My job on the SXOC forum is to answer basic sales enquiries, arrange group buys and post up special offers and development feedback. I dont deal with order processing, dispatch, payment details, order modifications etc etc. I simply dont have time and its the job of various other members of staff to do this sort of work. If I personally did all the follow up work on orders through this forum then Apex would grind to a halt in no time as I have a hell of a lot of other work to do that core and central to the business that no one else can do and I dont have time to do everything

As a result there is no point asking me about the specifics of where an order is, about adding to existing orders, about sending goods back, about refunds etc. I dont know anything about that side of the business.
